Painless Mechanical Repair the Gates Auto Way/Our Process

How much do you know about what goes on after that?
Mechanical repair is based on trust, but that doesn't mean you have to be completely in the dark on what's happening. So, to make you feel a little more comfortable about leaving your car with us, we've outlined our typical process. This is mechanical repair the Gates Auto way:
What seems to be the problem? Once you've made an appointment and brought your car in we'll ask you to give a brief, but detailed explanation of what is going on. Then, working off your description, our technicians will begin to diagnose the problem using sophisticated computers and diagnostic equipment.
Now, we get to work. After leaving your care with us we begin working on pinpointing the problem. We'll also give your vehicle a thorough inspection to ensure there are no looming problems that may cause problems in the future. When we've finished doing all of this, we'll call you to let you know what we've found.
A quality solution. When it's time to begin making the repair(s) our service writer will work with NAPA to get the necessary parts for the job. At this point, an estimate of the time needed and cost to repair will be figured.
Some options' Sometimes the circumstances will call for our service writer to categorize problems: what must be done now and what can wait. Also, the circumstances can determine what kind of parts we use. You'll have the option of using OE (original equipment) parts, high quality aftermarket part, or less expensive - this is mostly dependent upon how long you intend on keeping your car.
Wrapping things up. When all repairs have been made, you'll be notified that your car is ready for pick-up - payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept all major credit cards, and if needed, we can help you apply for a Gates Automotive 90-day interest-free credit card.
