• When approving shops, AAA uses a complex process to determine customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. A yearly sustained customer approval rating of 97% is required to be called a "top shop".
• Over the last 3 years ours has consistently exceeded 98%.
• We are one of only a handful of facilities noted as a top shop in the area, and the only one to be given this distinction for both collision and mechanical service work.

Mechanical Service Warranty

We offer a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on all service repairs. If you're out of town, no problem, our relationship with NAPA allows us to extend this warranty to you across NAPA's comprehensive network of top quality North American Partners.

Auto Body Collision and Paint Warranty

We offer a Lifetime warranty on all collision repairs and paint work. If you're not in Rochester, no problem. Our network of AAA top shops allows us to locate a quality shop in any area to fulfill our warranty.
